About Us
Ben and I have been dating since January of 2006. We got engaged on Oct. 20, 2008. We are getting married January 2, 2010.
Ben is a producer at WHAS 11 in Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated from Ball State University in May of 2008 with a degree in Telecommunications Production. He is from Columbus, Ohio.
I work at the same TV station as a Production Assistant and Web Producer. I graduated from Ball State in May with a degree in Telecommuncations Multimedia. I am from Muncie, Indiana.
Ben and I first saw each other in August of 2004 in TCOM 101 class but never officially met until January of 2005 when my roommate invited me to go to a movie with some of her friends. Ben was one of the people we met with at the movie “The Incredibles” where we sat next to each other. I liked Ben and decided to join Connections Live, a television program that he was a part of. We became friends from there and had two classes together that semester where we shared a book and sat next to each other.
We started dating in December of 2005 and Ben asked me to be his girlfriend when I came to visit him in Columbus over New Years. We’ll be celebrating 4 years together the day before our wedding and I’m sure Ben will never be able to forget our anniversary!
